Traybakes are the best thing in the world when it comes to bringing baked goods into work! You can slice and transport them in the tray. A lot easier to lug into work on the Luas than a cake or cupcakes!
I tried two different traybakes recently, both from The Great British Bake Off How to Bake book.
The first traybake I made was a Sticky Maple Apple Traybake. You could almost fool yourself into believing it’s good for you… It’s got apple in it!
I think given the festive season the next traybake I try will have to be Lorraine Pascale’s Christmas Winter Wonderland Traybake. Might be hard to get in on the Luas, but hopefully it’ll be worth it!
